At BE Ultimate Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your game, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
